Because our brand operates on an exclusive pre-order fulfillment model, you explicitly acknowledge that production begins only after the designated sales window closes, and that all stated delivery dates are estimates subject to manufacturing, supply chain, and shipping delays beyond our control. Once an order is processed, production quantities are locked, and we cannot accommodate modifications to garment sizes, quantities, or shipping addresses. By inputting your email address and phone number at checkout or through our sign-up forms, you grant us express operational consent to send you automated order updates, shipping notifications, and promotional marketing campaigns via email and SMS text messaging, from which you can opt out at any time by following the provided unsubscribe or "STOP" instructions. To the absolute fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ALTHE NOIR, its owners, officers, employees, and manufacturing affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, skin sensitivities, or financial losses arising from your use of our website or the wear and utility of our physical products. Any legal claims, disputes, or proceedings arising from these terms or your interaction with our brand shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles, and must be filed and adjudicated solely within the appropriate local or federal courts located in Michigan. Return & Refund Policy
All purchases made through ALTHE NOIR are subject to a strict All Sales Are Final policy. Because our brand operates on an exclusive, limited-edition pre-order fulfillment model, every single garment is custom-manufactured specifically to fulfill the exact order volumes secured during our designated sales windows. Consequently, we do not possess excess inventory, and we cannot accommodate requests for order cancellations, refunds, returns, or size exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or incorrect size selections. Customers are strictly advised to thoroughly review the detailed sizing charts, measurements, and product descriptions provided on each product page prior to finalizing their purchase. In the rare event that a garment arrives genuinely defective, misprinted, or damaged as a direct result of a manufacturing error, you must contact our customer support team at ALTHENOIR.COM within exactly seven (7) calendar days of the carrier-verified delivery date. Your email inquiry must include your official order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear, high-resolution photographic evidence of the alleged defect or damage. If your claim is validated and approved by our quality assurance team, we will, at our sole discretion, either issue a replacement item (subject to fabric and production availability) or process a full refund to your original method of payment. ALTHE NOIR provides comprehensive carrier tracking data for every package shipped. Once a shipment's tracking status is officially marked as "Delivered" by the postal or courier service, full responsibility for the physical package transfers entirely to the buyer. We are not legally or financially liable for packages that are stolen, lost, misplaced, or delivered to an incorrectly inputted address provided during the checkout process, and we will not issue refunds or replacements under those circumstances.
